Adding or modifying a site

Sites are the administrative controlling bodies that control the financial information for all components of ACTIVE Net. You should maintain a site within ACTIVE Net for each of your locations that operates as its own business unit.

 

Sites contain centers, and centers contain facilities, the spaces reserved for a permit or an activity.

 

For complete descriptions of the options in a section, click the section name below.

 

    1. Go to Administration > Locations > Sites.

    2. Choose one of the following:

    3. In the Address section, specify the location of the site.

    4. In the Phones section, enter the site's contact numbers.

    5. In the Taxes section, specify the taxes to apply at this site.

    6. In the Customize UI section, to customize the look and feel of ACTIVE Net to visually distinguish this site from other sites, select Use Site Customize UI?

    7. In the Modify Online Intro section, modify details for the customer introduction page of this site's customer (public access) web site, if applicable.

    8. In the Reservation Options section, specify any necessary information for reservations taken through this site.

    9. In the FAQ section, select the questions to appear in the Frequently Asked Questions section of this sites's customer (public access) web site, if applicable.

    10. In the Financial Configuration section, specify any necessary financial information for transactions taken through this site.

    11. In the Override Receipt Text section, specify the custom text that you want to appear on receipts for this site, if applicable.

    12. In the Override System Settings section, configure any system settings that are specific to this site, if applicable.

    13. In the POS Configuration section, specify any necessary information for POS transactions taken through this site.

    14. In the Override Registration Configuration section, configure any registration settings that are specific to this site, if applicable.

    15. In the Override Customer Configuration section, configure any customer settings that are specific to this site, if applicable.

    16. In the Override Daycare Configuration section, configure any daycare settings that are specific to this site, if applicable.

    17. In the Override Membership Configuration section, configure any membership settings that are specific to this site, if applicable.

    18. Click Save.
