Updating fee amounts for standard facility and equipment charges

You can change fee amounts for standard charges in a batch if you have many fees that are changing at the same time. For example, your charges for a specific site might all be scheduled to increase by 5% at the same time. Use the Change Standard Charges page to update a group of fees simultaneously.

    1. Choose one of the following:

    2. Enter information to filter the group of charges that you want to update in the Search Criteria section.

    3. Click Search.

Note: The more search criteria you select, the smaller the set of charges to update will be. If you are not getting enough search results, try setting some of your search criteria to be blank and searching again. If you are getting too many search results, try adding additional search criteria and searching again.

    2. Enter the value to round the updated charges to after they have been increased or decreased in the Round to Nearest $ box.

Note: To increase or decrease the charges without rounding, enter 0.01 in the Round to Nearest $ box.

    1. To view the new charge amounts prior to saving them, click Preview.

    2. Check the new charge amounts in the Proposed column and modify any individual amounts as necessary.

Note: To prevent a charge from being updated, clear its checkbox in the Select column.

    1. Click Save.
