Creating or modifying an equipment lending damage/loss fee

You can configure fees charged to customers if they lose or damage lendable equipment.

 

    1. Go to Administration > Equipment Settings > Equipment Charge Matrix.

    2. Choose one of the following:

        1. Enter the equipment information.

        2. Click Search.

        3. Select the equipment charge.

    3. In the Charge For section, click Lendable Equipment.

    4. In the Primary Charge section, select a Charge Name.

Note: If you want to add a new name to the list of charges, create a new charge on the Charges page. When you create the new charge, select the Claim Charge? option in the Fee Information section.

    1. In the Selection Criteria section, select the Equipment, Center, and/or any other categories that you want to link to this charge.

    2. In the Fee Information section, select the G/L Account for this charge.

    3. Enter the Default Fee for this charge, if applicable.

    4. In the Tax Information section, click any taxes that you want to apply to this charge.

    5. Click Save.
