Use the Activity Grades page to view the grades received by a customer (and all family members included in the account) for all activities where the customer has registered.
Choose one of the following:
Go to Front Desk > Population > Customers.
Go to Administration > Population Settings > Customers.
Search for and select the customer that you want to view.
Click List Activity Grades.
Choose one or more of the following:
To display activity registrations for all family members included in the customer account, click Show Family Member Transactions.
To display only the activity registrations for the current customer, click Show Only Customer Transactions.
To narrow down the list of activity grades to a specific season or term, select the Season and/or Term that you want to view.
To exclude specific grade results from the education and GPA calculations, select the Activity Grades checkboxes in the Exclude From Education Unit and GPA calculations? column.
To record a newly accepted transfer education unit, click Add New.
