Approving or denying a scholarship application

If you have enabled the Enhanced Scholarship Process option on the Financial Configuration page, you can approve or deny a customer scholarship on the Process Scholarship Application page.

 

    1. Go to Front Desk > Financial menu > Process Scholarship Application.

    2. Select the Scholarship and/or the Application Date To to search for.

    3. Click Search.

    4. Click the name of the Applicant whose scholarship you want to approve.

    5. After reviewing the scholarship application, select to either Approve or Deny the application in the Process Information section.

    6. Enter any necessary Notes.

    7. Click Submit.

    8. On the Change Customer Scholarships Award page, enter the Amount and dates for the scholarship.

    9. Modify any other scholarship details, if necessary.

    10. Click Save.
