You will have the opportunity to review the fees that will be charged to each customer as part of the enrollment process. After you have selected the activity and customer that you want to use in the enrollment, you will be able to view and modify the applicable fees in the Enrollment fees section.

In the Type of registration subsection, select whether you want to Enroll (regular enrollment), Enroll with payment plan, Enroll with deposit, or Add to waiting list.
In the Coupons subsection, enter any coupon codes that the customer is using for this enrollment.
In the Fees subsection:
Select the Include? checkbox for any fees that you want to apply to this enrollment.
Confirm the amount that will be charged for each fee in the Actual column, and make any modifications as necessary.
In the Usage fee subsection (if applicable), confirm any usage fees that you want to apply to this enrollment.
In the Membership fees subsection (if applicable), confirm any membership fees that you want to apply to memberships linked to this enrollment.
In the POS product fees subsection (if applicable), confirm any POS product fees that you want to apply to products linked to this enrollment.
In the Grand total subsection, ensure that the total to charge to the customer is correct.
In the Staff/Customer notes subsections, enter any notes that you want to apply to this enrollment.
Enter answers for any custom questions that are listed as part of this enrollment.
Select any Checklist items and/or Overrides that are required to continue with the enrollment.
In the Commission section (if applicable), allocate the commission for this enrollment to staff members.
Choose one of the following:
To continue and begin another enrollment using the same customer, click Same Customer.
To continue and begin another enrollment using the same activity, click Same Activity.
To continue and add the customer to an existing private lesson with the same settings, effectively creating a group lesson, click Same Lesson.
To enroll without paying immediately, click Enroll.
To complete the enrollment and pay immediately, click Enroll and Pay.
