Facility usage report

To view details of facility usage by activities, including the list of facilities booked by each activity, the dates and times of the bookings, the start time required to begin set up, and the time at which the facility needs to be ready, run the Facility Usage report.

 

    1. Go to Reports > Registration Reports > Facility Usage.

    2. In the Filters section, specify the Activities, Centers, Seasons, and/or any other details to filter the report, if necessary.

    3. In the Options section, select the Output Type for the report.

    4. In the Sort Options section, select the required method to sort the information in the report.

    5. Click Run Report.
