Adding or modifying a school grade

You can configure school grades and link them to activities that have registration restrictions based on school grades instead of ages.

 

Customer grades are based on the age ranges that you specify for each grade. For example: A seven year old child will be in Grade 1 if the age range specified for Grade 1 is from 6 to 7 years old.

 

    1. Go to Administration > Population Settings > Grades.

    2. Choose one of the following:

    3. Enter the Grade Name.

    4. Enter the From and To Age that determine the age restrictions for customers in this grade.

    5. Note: The grade is calculated as of the grade determination date specified on the Registration Configuration page.

    6. Click Save.
