Copying instructor availability and default facilities in a batch

When you are setting up your instructors for a new season or date range, use this page to copy their existing availability hours and/or default facilities in a batch to a new time period. You can still change their hours or facilities on an individual basis if you need to, but use this page when you know that you'll be reusing a lot of the same availability hours or facilities.

 

    1. Go to Administration > Registration Settings > Instructor - Batch Copy Availability.

    2. In the Search Criteria section:

      1. Specify any Instructors whose hours or facilities you want to copy, or leave the Instructor box blank to search for all instructors.

      2. Choose to Copy From Season or Date Range:

      3. Note: To search for availability records and facilities to copy based on the start and end dates of a specific season, select Season. To search for availability records and facilities to copy based on another date range, select Date Range. ACTIVE Net will return only those date ranges that have both start and end dates within the range you specify.

      4. Specify either the Season and Term or the From and To Dates to search for.

      5. Select whether you want to copy Availability hours, Default facilities, or both from the Include list.

      6. Click Search.

    3. In the Instructor Availability and Default Facility section:

      1. Select the Copy checkboxes for any instructor availability date ranges and default facilities that you want to copy to a new time range.

      2. Choose to Copy To a Season or a Date Range for the items you have selected.

      3. Specify either the Season and Term or the From and To Dates that you want to copy the selected items to.

    4. Click Submit.
