Managing file attachments for permits

Both staff users (on the staff site) and customers (on the public site) can upload files and link them to specific permits. Use the Manage Attachments page to upload a new file to link to a permit, attach an existing uploaded file to a permit, view uploaded files, or delete uploaded files.

 

    1. Go to Front Desk.

    2. In the side-bar, click Reserve and select Permits.

    3. Search for and select the permit that you want to modify.

    4. On the Permit Functions page, click Manage Attachments.
