Permit change log report

To display a log of changes made to permits, run the Permit Change Log report. The Permit Change Log is a report version of the Change Permit Status page.

 

    1. Go to Reports > Reservation Reports > Permit Change Log.

    2. In the Filters section, select the Permit Creation Dates, Reservation Amendment Dates, Permit #s, and/or any other information that you want to use to filter the report.

    3. In the Options section:

      1. Select whether to include Voided permits, Not Voided permits, or Both in the report from the Voided Status list.

      2. Select whether to include reservation Permits only, reservation Requests only, or Both in the report from the Permits or Requests list.

      3. Select the status of permits that you want to include in the report from the Permit Status list.

      4. Select whether you want to include Facilities, Equipment, Instructors, or all three from the Include list.

      5. Select the Output Type for the report.

    4. Click Run Report.
