Use this page to choose whether or not a permit displays on an online calendar on the public site.
Note: If you do not see the Manage Online Calendar Display link on the Permit Functions page for this permit, then your permit uses an event type that does not allow online calendars.
Go to Front Desk.
In the side-bar, click Reserve and select Permits.
Search for and select the permit that you want to modify.
Click Manage Online Calendar Display.
On the Manage Online Calendar Display page, choose one or more of the following:
If you do not want this reservation to display on an online calendar, select Do not Display on a calendar from the list.
If you want this reservation to display on an online calendar, select the calendar from the list.
Enter Description text to display for this reservation on the online calendar on the public site (for example: specify any drop-in fees for this event here).
Click Save.
