Facility rental blocks restrict facility bookings to specific blocks of time. Customers must book the entirety of a rental block, even if they plan to use only a portion of the time.
Choose one of the following:
To add or modify a facility rental block:
Go to Administration > Facility Settings > Facilities.
Search for and select the facility that you want to modify.
Click Change Facility Rental Blocks.
To add or modify an equipment rental block:
Go to Administration > Equipment Settings > Equipment.
Search for and select the equipment that you want to modify.
Click Change Equipment Rental Blocks.
Choose one of the following:
To create a new rental block, click Add New.
To modify an existing rental block, click the Description of the rental block that you want to modify.
Enter the Description for the rental block.
Enter the rental block's Starting Time and Ending Time. If the rental block is:
Within a single day, then the Starting Time must be earlier than the Ending Time.
Overnight (extends thru midnight across two consecutive days), then select the Overnight checkbox and then enter an Ending Time which is earlier than the Starting Time.
Click Save.
