Stages represent the individual approval points for a reservation. You can assign a specific system user to approve each stage of a reservation request prior to moving forward towards approval. Stages are grouped together into stage sequences which define the order of the stages.
Choose one of the following:
Go to Administration > Facility Settings > Stages.
Go to Administration > Equipment Settings > Stages.
Choose one of the following:
To create a new stage, click Add New.
To modify an existing stage, click the Description of the stage that you want to modify.
In the General section, enter the Stage Description and Site for the stage.
Select the System User responsible for approving this stage.
Note: This user will be sent an email when a request has been made. Once the user has approved a stage, the next stage in the stage sequence will begin.
To attach a file to the stage, click Add New in the Attached File section, if applicable.
Click Save.
