Changing the waiting list for a daycare program

When one or more sessions in a daycare program is full it can have a waiting list. A waiting list is a list of customers who are not yet registered in a daycare program but who have expressed the desire to register if a slot opens up. Daycare customers can only be waitlisted when there is no space available in one or more session timeslots.

1. Choose one of the following:

• Change the waiting list from the Front Desk tab.

  1. Go to Front Desk.

  2. In the side-bar, click Daycare and select Waiting List Management.

  3. Search for and select the daycare program that you want to view.

• Change the waiting list from the Administration tab.

  1. Go to Administration > Daycare Settings > Programs.

  2. Search for and select the daycare program that you want to view.

  3. Click Change Waiting List.

2. Select a customer in the waiting list.

3. To remove the selected customer from the waiting list, click Remove.

4. Click Submit.
