Use the Pass Selection page to search for an existing customer pass for production. You can search by pass number, customer, or customer ID number. Pass cards are used by customers to gain access to entry points within the facility.
Choose one of the following:
In the Scan card or manually enter number now section, either scan the customer's membership pass card or else enter the customer's membership pass card number manually. ACTIVE Net will validate the number according to the setting you have selected in the Validation Types section on the Entry Points page.
If you know the pass number of the pass to select:
Enter the Pass Number in the Select by Pass Number section.
Click Submit.
If you know the Customer ID of the customer who owns the pass to select:
Enter the Customer ID in the Customer Direct Access section.
Click Submit.
If you only know the name of the customer who owns the pass to select:
Enter the customer's name and/or any other customer search criteria in the Customer Search Criteria section.
Click Search.
If you know the customer's alternate key:
Enter the customer's alternate key value in the Direct Access by alternate key type section.
Click Submit.
