Changing returning participant criteria

Use the Change Returning Participant Criteria page to define the criteria for a returning participant for a particular activity.

 

    1. Go to Administration > Registration Settings > Activities.

    2. Search for and select the activity that you want to modify.

    3. Click Returning Participant Criteria.

    4. In the Previously enrolled in section, specify one or more of the following criteria to define a returning participant for the activity:

      • Activity

      • Activity Number Mask

      • Activity Category

      • Activity Other Category

      • Seasons

      • Terms

      • Any Activity Within the last ______ (years/months/days)

Note: A customer who meets at least one of the above criteria is recognized as a returning participant, and can register for the activity before new participants.

    1. Click Save.
