Use the Custom Question Answer Search page when you want to search for a specific custom question and corresponding answers. For example: when defining a custom list.
You can use the following criteria in your search:

After you select a custom question, the Custom Answer Criteria page displays. Depending on the Answer Type of the custom question, you can perform the following actions:
For Single answer type questions, enter a full or partial answer to the custom question. If no text is specified, all answers are included in the search criteria.
For Multiple answer type questions, select one or more of the answer options to include in the search criteria. Click the Select all link to select all the answer options, or the Deselect all link to deselect all the answer options. Note that you must specify at least one option before you can submit the search criteria for multiple answer type questions.
