You can create or modify custom question types according to your customers' business background.
Go to Administration > System Settings > Custom Question Types.
Choose one of the following:
To create a new custom question type, click Add New.
To modify an existing custom question type, click the Description of the type that you want to modify.
Enter a Description for the custom question type.
Click Save.
