Activity roster skills

Use this page to specify enrollee details and the skill levels required for activities.

Prerequisite Components

Prior to accessing the activity roster, configure the following data points:

*Customers must also be registered in this activity

Location

    1. Go to Administration > Registration Settings > Activities.

    2. Search for and select an activity.

    3. Click Manage Roster Skills.

 

The Activity Roster Skills page includes the following options:

Name

Hyperlink

Participant name.

 

Click the link to go to the Detail for Enroll Transaction page.

Skill

Hyperlink

Click this link to go to the Change Customer Skills page, where you can add or modify customer skills.

Evaluation Date

Date

Date that the customer was evaluated for the skill.

Qualification Date

Date

Date that the customer was qualified for the skill.

Evaluator

Text

Name of the evaluator.

Expiry Date

Date

Date that the skill qualification expires.

Evaluator Comments

Text

Any comments that the evaluator included.
