This page defines the type of contacts that can be attached to teams, groups companies, or leagues. For some Leagues, it is important to track who the Team contacts are. Before linking contacts to teams, groups companies, or leagues, you must first create records for standard Contact Types. These might include, for example, ‘Head Coach’, ‘Assistant Coach’, ‘Batting Coach’, etc. Maintaining records for Contact Types and linking them to teams, groups, companies or certain leagues is optional.
Contacts can be added to the Team List, or Group List by clicking the Manage Teams or Manage Groups link
Contacts can be added to the Team List for Leagues by clicking the Manage Teams link on the League Functions page
Select the Administration tab
Select any of the following menu links: League Settings > Contact types
Or
Select the Administration tab
Select the following menu links: Population Settings > Contact types
To add:
From the Contact Types page, clicking Add New brings you to the Change Contact Type Detail page, allowing you to create a new record.
To modify:
From the Contact Types page, clicking an underlined contact type Description link displays the Change Contact Type Detail page, allowing you to make any necessary changes.
On the Change Contact Type Detail page, you will find the following input fields with the option to Save or Delete the record at the bottom of the page:
