You can specify which system users are authorized to perform transactions involving an activity. Users who are not on the activity user list cannot perform Enroll, Refund, Transfer, or other transactions involving the activity.
Go to Administration > Registration Settings > Activities.
Search for and select the activity that you want to modify.
Click Change Activity Users.
Choose one of the following:
To add a user to the activity, click Add New.
To change a user who is already linked to the activity, click the System User that you want to modify.
Select the System User that you want to link to the activity.
Click Save.
