Transaction export

This page is used to run the export process for activity transaction records.

The following filters and options are available on the Transaction Export page, with the option to Submit at the bottom of the page:

Custom List

Dropdown list

Title of email recipient list, as selected from a predefined list.

 

Click the Preview/Edit List link to view or edit the custom lists of email recipients.

Show additional filter options

Checkbox

Option to select additional filters to the custom list to fine tune the email recipient list. See Report Filters.

 

Selecting the checkbox will display the various sections of filter criteria (Population, Registration, Facility, Membership, Daycare, Leagues, POS).

 

Click the More>>> link of a particular section to expand it, allowing you to add filter criteria.

 

Click the <<<Less link  to collapse the section.

 

Note: Adding filter criteria will limit the email recipient list to customers who meet all the selected criteria. For example, if an activity is added as a filter, only customers in the custom list who are registered in the activity will be included in the email recipient list.

Activity

Hyperlink

The following filters are available on the Transaction Export page: Activities and Transaction Types.

 

To remove an activity from the list, select the activity and then click the Remove button.

Revenue Site

Hyperlink

Option to filter for one or more sites by clicking the Revenue Site button and moving selected sites to the Filter box.

 

To remove a site from the list, select the site, then click the Remove button.

Transaction Site

Hyperlink

Option to filter for one or more sites by clicking the Transaction Site button and moving selected sites to the Filter box.

 

To remove a site from the list, select the site, then click the Remove button.

Payers

Hyperlink

To only show transactions that are paid by a specific payer, click Payers.

Transaction Date/Time (From, To)

Date/Time

Range of dates and times of transactions to include in the export.

 

Date entered in month, day, year format or by clicking the calendar icon and selecting a date from the pop-up calendar.

Time entered in HH:MM AM/PM format.

Private Lesson Date

Date

Include only transactions that are linked to private lessons that are booked within this date range.

Export Template

Dropdown list

The export template to use for the export, as selected from a predefined list of transaction export templates.

Added or Modified Since

Date/Time

Option to export only records that have been added or modified since a specified date and time.

 

This allows exclusion of records that may have been previously exported.

 

Date entered in month, day, year format or by clicking the calendar icon and selecting a date from the pop-up calendar.

 

Time entered in HH:MM AM/PM format.

Show Incomplete Waivers Only?

Checkbox

To only show transactions that have incomplete waivers (waivers that still require a customer signature in order to be complete) in the export, select Show Incomplete Waivers Only?

Pass / Fail Status

Dropdown list

To only show transactions that are associated with a pass or fail status, select Pass or Fail.

Exclude Customers with Email Address?

Checkbox

Select this option to print transactions only for customers who do not have an email address on their profile.

Include Online Transactions?

Checkbox

Option to include data from transactions that were created on the customer (public access) site.

 

Note: This option is only visible to system users who do not have a multi-site user profile.

Output Type

Dropdown list

The output type or format of the export, as selected from either Comma Delimited, Tab Delimited, Fixed Length, or XML.
