This page is used to run the export process for activity transaction records.
Reports > Financial Reports > Transaction export
The following filters and options are available on the Transaction Export page, with the option to Submit at the bottom of the page:

Title of email recipient list, as selected from a predefined list.
Click the Preview/Edit List link to view or edit the custom lists of email recipients. |
Show additional filter options |

Option to select additional filters to the custom list to fine tune the email recipient list. See Report Filters.
Selecting the checkbox will display the various sections of filter criteria (Population, Registration, Facility, Membership, Daycare, Leagues, POS).
Click the More>>> link of a particular section to expand it, allowing you to add filter criteria.
Click the <<<Less link to collapse the section.
Note: Adding filter criteria will limit the email recipient list to customers who meet all the selected criteria. For example, if an activity is added as a filter, only customers in the custom list who are registered in the activity will be included in the email recipient list. |

To remove an activity from the list, select the activity and then click the Remove button. |

Option to export only records that have been added or modified since a specified date and time.
This allows exclusion of records that may have been previously exported.

Show Incomplete Waivers Only? |

Notes:
If the export template has user-defined fields that prompt for values, the system will prompt for values after clicking Submit. Otherwise, the transaction export will be run immediately.
After the export is completed, the Transaction Export Summary Report page will be displayed with a summary list of the records exported. Click view / save the report data to view or save the report data. If the results are satisfactory, click mark the records as exported to mark the records and go back to the Transaction Export page.
The Revenue Site and Transaction Site filters are enabled for this report.
