Activity attendance sheet

To monitor activity attendance using printed activity sheets, use the Activity Attendance Sheet report. The sheet has a grid of all enrollees and activity dates so that you can mark the attendance of each enrollee on each date.

 

    1. Go to Reports > Registration Reports > Activity Attendance Sheet.

    2. In the Filters section, specify the Activities, Activity Meeting Dates, Instructors, and/or any other details to filter the report, if necessary.

    3. In the Options section:

      1. Select one of the following from the Miscellaneous list:

        • To display the standard attendance sheet (a grid of enrollees and activity dates that you can use to manually mark activity attendance), select None.

        • To display a blank sheet (the grid will display the activity dates without the list of enrollees), select Blank sheet (without enrollees).

        • To display the standard attendance sheet with attendance already marked for past dates, select Show attendance for each enrollee.

        • Note: Past attendance records will only print if you have entered attendance into the system on the Attendance Form page.

      2. Select the Output Type for the report.

      3. Select any other necessary information that you want to include in the report.

    4. Click Run Report.
