Attendance tracking allows you to monitor the participation of instructors for and registrants in activities and teams.
Choose one of the following:
Go to Front Desk. In the side-bar, click Registrations and select Attendance.
Go to Administration > Registration Settings > Attendance.
On the Attendance Search page, choose one of the following search methods:
In the Attendance for Instructor subsection, specify one or more instructors that you want to enter attendance for.
In the Attendance for Date Range subsection, specify a date range in order to enter attendance for bookings within those dates.
In the Attendance for Activity subsection, specify one or more activities that you want to enter attendance for.
Use any combination of the three methods above to enter attendance for specific activities within a specific date range and taught by specific instructors.
Click Search.
Select the activities that you want to enter attendance for, and click View Attendance.
In the Options section, select one of the following methods to group each instructor's attendance records from the Group Results by list:
To see the attendance records grouped first by instructor and then chronologically by date, select Date/Time.
To see the attendance records grouped first by instructor and then alphabetically by customer, select Customer
To see the attendance records grouped first by instructor and then alphabetically by activity name, select Activity.
To see the attendance records grouped first by instructor and then by the day of the week, select Day of The Week.
Click Submit.
Choose one or both of the following:
Note: You can specify a default instructor or customer attendance code for all registrations if you select Mark all meeting dates as attended by instructor as the default? or Mark all meeting dates as attended by customer as the default? in the Attendance Options section of the Registration Configuration window.
Click Save.
