Entering attendance

Attendance tracking allows you to monitor the participation of instructors for and registrants in activities and teams.

 

    1. Choose one of the following:

    2. On the Attendance Search page, choose one of the following search methods:

    3. Click Search.

    4. Select the activities that you want to enter attendance for, and click View Attendance.

    5. In the Options section, select one of the following methods to group each instructor's attendance records from the Group Results by list:

    6. Click Submit.

    7. Choose one or both of the following:

    8. Note: You can specify a default instructor or customer attendance code for all registrations if you select Mark all meeting dates as attended by instructor as the default? or Mark all meeting dates as attended by customer as the default? in the Attendance Options section of the Registration Configuration window.

    9. Click Save.
