Linking merchandise to an activity or daycare program

You can attach POS products to an activity as merchandise to be sold to customers during registration.

 

    1. Choose one of the following:

    3. Select the POS Product to link to the activity or daycare program.

    4. Enter the Default Quantity and the Minimum Quantity to sell to a customer during registration.

    5. Select the G/L Account and any taxes to link to the merchandise.

    6. To specify that the customer must purchase this merchandise in order to complete an online registration, select Required Online.

    7. Click Save.
