You do not need to define a facility's capacity based on different event types if the capacity is the same for all event types. For example: If the capacity in a facility is the same regardless whether it is rented for a wedding or a meeting, then you do not need to specify the capacity by event type.
Go to Administration > Facility Settings > Facilities.
Search for and select the facility that you want to modify.
Click Change Facility Event Capacities.
Choose one of the following:
To add a capacity for a new event type, click Add New.
To modify an existing facility event capacity, click the Event Type.
Select the Event Type that this capacity is for.
Enter the minimum attendance required before this facility will be rented for this particular event type in the Minimum Capacity box.
Enter the maximum attendance allowed for rentals of this particular event type in this facility in the Maximum Capacity box.
Note: Leave the minimum/maximum capacity at 0 if there is no minimum/maximum for this event type.
Click Save.
