You can attach preparation codes to permits in order to determine the time before and after a booking that should be blocked off for setup or cleanup. This time is not billed to the customer. You can also assign preparation codes to event types if you want certain preparation codes to automatically be linked to permits with certain event types.
Go to Administration > Facility Settings > Prep Codes.
Choose one of the following:
To create a new preparation code, click Add New.
To modify an existing preparation code, click the Description of the preparation code that you want to modify.
Enter a brief Description of the preparation code.
Select the Site that is linked to the preparation code.
Enter the Setup and Teardown Times for this preparation code.
Note: The Setup Time refers to the number of minutes to block off prior to a reservation, while the Teardown Time refers to the number of minutes to block off after a reservation.
Enter the Note to appear on the customer contract and on scheduling reports to explain the preparation that will be done for this preparation code.
Click Save.
