Changing a payment plan for a customer, company, or permit

Use the Change Payment Schedule page to change the dates of a customer's upcoming payments.

    3. On the Change Payment Schedule page, select either Immediately or Next iteration for Billing Starts.

Note: If billing starts immediately, then the first billing date will be the same as the First Payment date below. If billing starts on the next iteration, then the first billing date will be the date of the next period after the First Payment date. For example, if the First Payment date specified is Feb 22 and the Frequency is monthly, then choosing Next iteration will set the first billing on March 22.

    1. Enter the Frequency, First Payment date, and total Number of Payments.

    2. Confirm the schedule of payments listed in the Payment Plan section.

Note: To modify individual payment dates and/or amounts, highlight the payment listed and click the here link to the right.

    1. Click Submit.
