Use the Reservation Dates page to specify the dates and times for a facility, equipment, or instructor reservation.
Choose one of the following:
To book a reservation for a single day or occurring over the same time period on multiple days:
Select Regular Reservation from the Reservation Type section.
Enter the reservation Start Date.
Enter either the Number of Weeks or the reservation End Date.
To allow reservations for the facility even during holidays or skip dates, click Override Skip Dates?
Choose one of the following:
To choose an exact reservation start time:
Select Exact Time from the Start at dropdown list.
Enter the reservation Start and End Times.
To choose a general reservation start time, select a time range from the Start at dropdown list.
To book a rental block, select one of the available rental blocks from the Available Time Slots dropdown list.
Enter the Duration, Setup Time, and Cleanup Time for the reservation.
Note: Setup and cleanup time is automatically reserved directly before and after the reservation's start and end times.
To reserve times outside the facility or equipment's operating hours, select Override Resource Closed Time?
To narrow down a reservation to specific days of the week or weeks of the month, click the corresponding checkboxes in the Days of Week section.
Note: For example, to reserve the facility on all Mondays of the month, click all checkboxes in the Monday column (First to Last). To reserve the facility only on the first Monday of every month, click only the Monday checkbox that intersects the First row. To make the reservation for Monday of every other week, click the Monday checkbox in the Every other week row.
To search for an available time within the date and time ranges you have specified (instead of booking the full range of dates and times):
Enter the Length of Open Time Requested in the Search for Open Times section.
Click Search for Open Times.
To book a reservation for a continous period of time over multiple days:
Select Continuous Reservation from the Reservation Type section.
Enter the Check-in and Check-out Dates and Times for the reservation.
To allow reservations for the facility even during holidays or skip dates, click Override Skip Dates?
Click Continue Reservation.
