Instructors report

To generate a list of all instructors at one or more sites, run the Instructors report. The report includes instructors' names, addresses, contact information (phone numbers, email addresses), and qualifications (instructor skills).

 

    1. Go to Reports > Registration Reports > Instructors.

    2. In the Filters section, specify the Instructor Skills and/or Activity Sites that you want to use to filter the report, if necessary.

    3. In the Options section:

      1. To show the Prevent Further Use as of date for instructors that are set to prevent further use, select Show Prevent Further Use As Of Date?

      2. Select the Output Type for the report.

      3. Select any other necessary information that you want to include in the report.

    4. Click Run Report.
