Adding or modifying a reservation group

A reservation group is a collection of facilities or equipment with predefined options selected so that they can be reserved quickly using the Quick Reserve feature without prompting the customer.

 

Typically, facilities or equipment are grouped by the type (for example: Courts) or by duration of event (for example, you might have Tennis Courts and Racquetball Courts as separate groups if the typical duration of booking differs).

    3. In the General section, enter the Group Name, Event Type, Schedule Type, Default Customer Type, Site, and/or any other necessary information.

    1. In the Availability Display section, enter the Starting Time, Ending Time, and Time Increment that you want to use when displaying the reservation group during Quick Reserve.

    2. Select any facilities that you want to use in the reservation group in the Facilities section, if applicable.

    3. Select any equipment that you want to use in the reservation group in the Equipment section, if applicable.

    4. Select any equipment packages that you want to use in the reservation group in the Equipment Packages section, if applicable.

    5. Select any instructors that you want to use in the reservation group in the Instructors section, if applicable.

    6. Click Save.
