Use the Confirm Candidate Resources page to view a summary of reservation resources along with the dates and times requested.
Review the resources listed in the Search Results section.
Select the checkboxes for all resources to reserve.
Note: If a resource is unavailable for all or some of the requested dates/times, then there will be a red X in its Select column. Click Waitlist Facilities to put the customer on a waitlist for a timeslot that is currently unavailable (facilities only).
To book a piece of equipment or an equipment package by linking it to one of the listed facilities:
Select the checkbox of the facility that you want to link to the bookable equipment.
Click Select Equipment in the Attached Equipment column.
In the Equipment List window, select the equipment or equipment package that you want to book together with this facility.
Click Done.
Note: You will only see the Select Equipment link if your original search was for both facilities and equipment/equipment packages. The list of equipment or equipment packages that appears in the Equipment List window is determined by the search criteria in your original search. If you do not see the equipment or equipment package that you want to book, click Back on the Confirm Candidate Resources page and try your search again with different criteria.
If any of the resources listed are incorrect, choose one or more of the following:
To specify that you do not want to reserve a resource from the list, ensure its checkbox is disabled.
Select the checkbox for resources that you do want to reserve.
To change the resources listed, click Change Candidates.
To review and/or modify specific times to book for each resource, click Review selected times.
Review the dates listed in the Requested Dates section to make sure they are correct.
If any of the dates listed are incorrect, choose one or more or the following:
To change the date and/or time for a specific booking, click the day of the week link in the Day column for the booking that you want to modify.
To remove a booking date/time from the list, click its checkbox in the Delete column and click Delete.
To add a new booking date/time to the list, click Add New.
Click Reserve Selected.
